Inside the paint shop, all new Explorers receive a special Pre-Treatment Electric Coating, that somersaults the shell through a series of baths to ensure the coating is applied smoothly and evenly. A new process that applies sealer and uses anti-dusting robots for a more efficient painting process helps deliver a gleaming flawless finish.
