AI is quickly becoming part of how we work at Ford. Over the coming months, you will see more AI tools and capabilities designed to help simplify everyday tasks, support better decision-making, and create more time for higher-value work. As AI continues to change the way we work, it can help us work smarter, not harder.

With several tools becoming available, it is natural to wonder where to start — but you won’t have to figure it out alone. The goal is to make AI accessible, useful, and easy to apply in your day-to-day work. Guidance, training, and resources for employees will be available at every level — from those just getting started to those ready to build more advanced AI-enabled workflows. 

AI is designed to help us work smarter, not harder.

• FordLLM: A secure hub for accessing multiple AI models and choosing the best fit for the task at hand. Currently available across the enterprise.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot: A context-aware partner embedded directly into everyday apps like Word and Teams. Currently rolling out across the enterprise.
