Performance+ Mid-Year Cycle: Complete Your Self-Assessment by June 29

The Performance+ mid-year cycle is underway. The first step is to complete your self-assessment by June 29. This provides a moment to pause and reflect on your performance so far this year, including progress against objectives and how you’ve demonstrated the Ford Operating System (OS) or Leadership Behaviors. 

As you complete your self-assessment, include specific examples that demonstrate WHAT and HOW you have driven excellence, stayed focused, and collaborated with, or built teams.

Complete your self-assessment in My Performance by June 29. It will help set you up for a thoughtful and open conversation with your people leader from Aug. 3 to 21.
