Fourteen Ford Colleagues Honoured at Autocar Great Women Awards

DUNTON, UK – The British automotive industry gathered yesterday at the Stellantis UK headquarters to celebrate the most influential women in the sector, and 14 Ford colleagues were honoured for their leadership, innovation, and commitment to the industry.

The day’s top honour was awarded to Lisa Brankin, Chair Ford Britian and Ireland. Lisa was named the Overall Winner and received a historic induction into the Hall of Fame. This accolade recognises her career-long dedication to the automotive world and her pivotal role in navigating Ford through a transformative era of electrification and growth.

The recognition for Ford extended across several specialised categories, highlighting the depth of talent within the company’s ranks. Dagenham Engine Plant Manager Wendy Graham took home the award for the Manufacturing category, while Nicola Walker, Governmental Affairs Director, Europe, was recognized as the winner in Government Affairs, and Emma Bergg, Director, Electric Vehicle Communications, was nominated in PR and Comms.
