Ford China recently announced the winners of the 2025 Employee Award. Twenty employees from departments including Product Development, Purchasing, and Marketing have received this prestigious honor and been named 2025 Employees of the Year.

Established in 2021, the Ford China Employee of the Year Award recognizes employees across the organization who have made outstanding contributions over the past year. It celebrates individuals who fully embody the principles of the Ford OS behaviors: Excellence, Focus, and Collaboration. The final winners were selected through a rigorous process involving departmental nominations, company-wide open voting, and expert panel reviews.

2025 Ford China Employees of the Year Honorees

The Employee of the Year Award is a vital component of the Ford China Spot Bonus program. This reward program was established to better support and incentivize employees to deeply practice Ford OS Behaviors, thereby accelerating Ford China's business transformation.
