That’s why this recognition feels especially meaningful. Ford Thailand Manufacturing (FTM) and AutoAlliance Thailand (AAT) have been honored with the 2025 National Outstanding Establishment Awards for Safety, Occupational Health, and Labor Relations and Welfare by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour, reflecting the commitment our teams have been sustained for more than a decade at both plants

Behind every year and every award is a workplace shaped by care and shared responsibility: FTM has achieved 12 years without a serious accident, and AAT has reached 4 years without a lost-time injury.
