A Decade of Excellence: FTM and AAT Recognized for Safety Workplace, Labor Relations, and Welfare
In Rayong, Thailand, safety and well-being isn’t just a standard we follow —it’s a promise we make to one another every day. It shows up in the small, consistent actions: speaking up, stepping in, listening, and improving —together.
That’s why this recognition feels especially meaningful. Ford Thailand Manufacturing (FTM) and AutoAlliance Thailand (AAT) have been honored with the 2025 National Outstanding Establishment Awards for Safety, Occupational Health, and Labor Relations and Welfare by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour, reflecting the commitment our teams have been sustained for more than a decade at both plants
Milestone Achievements
FTM
- 12 consecutive years for Safety, Occupational Health, and Working Environment
- 10 consecutive years for Labour Relations and Welfare
AAT
- 9 consecutive years for Safety, Occupational Health, and Working Environment
- 11 consecutive years for Labour Relations and Welfare
Looking Out for Each Other
Behind every year and every award is a workplace shaped by care and shared responsibility: FTM has achieved 12 years without a serious accident, and AAT has reached 4 years without a lost-time injury.
These outcomes are made possible by strong partnership between our management, labor unions, and employee committees —creating an environment where people feel heard, valued, and—most importantly—safe.
Hear from our leaders
"AAT and FTM work closely to share lessons in safety and employee well-being,” said Silvio Illi, President & CEO, AutoAlliance Thailand. “By staying connected to what’s happening on the front lines, we can prevent risks effectively and build a culture where everyone feels confident in their work environment."
Vinko Saric, Thailand Operations Transformation Director, Ford Thailand Manufacturing shared his gratitude with the team "These honors result from the collective effort of our entire team. By prioritizing safety, labor relations, and welfare within our culture, we’ve created the strong foundation necessary for Ford’s sustainable growth."
Congratulations to the teams at FTM and AAT. Thank you for continuing to look out for each other’s safety and well-being!
