Nguyen Quynh Chau of Capital Ford Recognized Among Ford’s Top Community Leaders Worldwide

Feb 15, 2026

For families, students and frontline workers across Vietnam, support often comes through steady actions that may not make headlines but make a real difference. That spirit is at the heart of Mrs. Nguyen Quynh Chau’s work at Capital Ford in Hanoi, and why she has been named a 2026 Ford Salute to Dealers honoree - one of only eight dealer principals recognized globally this year for exceptional community leadership and philanthropic impact.

Now in its 26th year, the Salute to Dealers program honors Ford and Lincoln dealer principals who extend their leadership beyond the dealership. In 2026, honorees were selected from 127 nominations worldwide.

Mrs. Nguyen’s approach is rooted in a simple belief shaped by her family: when you have more than you truly need, share. Over more than a decade, she has helped build a culture at Capital Ford where giving back is part of how the team shows up—together—for people in need.

Her community efforts include the “Classroom for Children” initiative, supporting safer learning environments by building and upgrading school facilities in remote mountainous provinces. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she launched “Safety Shield for Frontline Doctors,” helping deliver protective equipment and isolation booths to medical staff facing extraordinary conditions.

Through initiatives like the annual Capital Ford Charity Fair, Mrs. Nguyen has also helped turn individual contributions into collective action—supporting more than 3,000 people across Vietnam.

Her recognition reflects a broader truth: lasting impact is built locally, consistently and with people at the center.
