Operational excellence is built on a simple foundation: the safety of our people. In 2025, the International Markets Group (IMG) reached a significant milestone, completing the year with zero Lost Time Cases across its operations for the first time since its inception in 2019.
While "Zero" is the goal, the true value lies in the mindset that made it possible. This achievement reflects the collaboration and daily commitment of thousands of team members across diverse markets who prioritize the well-being of their colleagues alongside production targets.

This result is not a matter of chance; it is the outcome of a deliberate shift in how we work. Across our facilities, safety has moved from being a set of protocols to a shared responsibility. It is driven by the belief that every injury is preventable when teams are empowered to speak up and act.
