MANILA, Philippines, 20 February 2026 – Ford Philippines announced a significant milestone in its product lineup, with the Ford Everest and Ford Mustang both securing the top positions in their respective categories according to the records of the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines (CAMPI).
The Ford Everest emerged as the leader in the highly competitive 4x4 midsize SUV segment, while the Ford Mustang continues its reign as the country’s best-selling sports car.
Dominating the 4x4 Midsize SUV Segment
Based on the records of the CAMPI, the Ford Everest Titanium+ 4x4 was the #1 4x4 Mid-size Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in 2025, capturing a 40% market share of the segment.
The Ford Everest blends adventure-ready capability with exceptional comfort and customer-focused technology in a rugged, refined, and fun to drive SUV. Armed with more customer feedback than ever before, the objective behind the development for the Ford Everest was clear: Tough on the outside, sanctuary on the inside, amazing capability underneath.
With the Ford Everest’s terrain management system, drivers are given command of six on- and off-road drive modes (Normal, Eco, Tow Haul, Slippery, Mud/Ruts and Sand to help master every terrain. The Drive Mode Selector provides drivers with an easy way to shift drive modes easily, while the E-Shifter brings a new level of high-tech control with optimized performance for different surfaces, road conditions, and vehicle usage. All these exciting features are exclusively available on the Titanium+ 4x4 variant.
The Ford Everest comes loaded with new and enhanced driver assist technologies and safety features that are designed to take the stress out of driving and help drivers remain focused. These technologies include seven (7) airbags standard across all variants, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go and Lane Centering, Lane Keeping System with Road Edge Detection, Forward Collision Warning, Evasive Steer Assist and Reverse Brake Assist.

The Undisputed Icon of Performance
From the same CAMPI data, the Ford Mustang was the #1 Sports Car in 2025, capturing a 32% market share of the segment.
Ford Philippines launched in 2024 the 7th-generation Mustang, representing freedom, passion, and the thrill of the open road. It comes in two variants: the 5.0L GT Premium Fastback and the 2.3L EcoBoost® Premium Fastback Both variants also offer unique propositions for drivers. Previously available to the GT Premium variant only, both variants of the Mustang have the MagneRide® Damping System with sophisticated control strategies that increase comfort while expanding the sports coupe’s performance limits on the road or on the racetrack.
Other key features include durable Brembo™ brakes, a Quad Chrome Tip Exhaust with Active Valve Functionality that lets the driver control the volume of the Mustang’s engine growl, and 19-inch Aluminum Wheels with–unique designs for each variant. Sporty on the outside, the interiors also hint to the All-New Mustang’s speed with RECARO® leather-trimmed sport seats and soft touch accents all around.
Long associated with speed and power, the Ford Mustang offers no less for those who choose to drive it. The GT Premium Fastback variant comes with a 5.0LTi-VCT V8 engine that’s mated to a 10-Speed SelectShift® Automatic Transmission capable of producing 493 PS of power and 567 Nm of torque. The EcoBoost® Premium Fastback variant meanwhile has a 2.3L EcoBoost® Engine under its hood mated to a 10-Speed SelectShift® Automatic Transmission capable of producing 319 PS of power and 475 Nm of torque.
