Ford Cuts Prices on Parts for Older Vehicles by Up To 25 Per Cent

Jan 12, 2026

COLOGNE, Germany – Ford is reducing retail prices by 25 per cent for many components for older generations vehicles – including those parts most often damaged in road accidents and collisions..

Effective from January 2026, the new Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) pricing initiative for Ford Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components is designed to support the owners of millions of Ford vehicles manufactured up to 2019.

Drivers, independent garages and repair centres will be able to repair and maintain older vehicles using high quality parts for optimised safety and performance at more affordable prices.

Among more than 6,000 components with reduced pricing will be replacement side doors, door skin panels, bumper bars and radiator grilles as well as headlights and other lighting parts for 35 models. These include previous generations of popular passenger cars and pickups, such as Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, C-MAX, Kuga and Ranger.

We’re committed to supporting millions of loyal Ford customers who continue to value and rely on their older Ford models, by passing on the cost reductions we’ve achieved in our business.
Dr. Wolfgang Voss
Vice president, FCSD Europe

“Whether a much-loved family hatchback trusted with the school run every day, or a cherished car that puts smiles on faces on special occasions, our new parts pricing will help owners keep their Ford vehicles in top condition for years to come,” said Dr. Wolfgang Voss, vice president, FCSD Europe

Ensuring supply of components for older vehicles is an important part of Ford’s commitment to customers across Europe.

For example, Ford data indicates approximately 1.2 million Fiestas built between 2008 and 2017 are being driven by Ford customers in Europe today.

More affordable access to OEM parts has benefits for customers and repair specialists including:

  • Higher quality manufacturing that can improve final appearance, colour matching and can make fitment faster and more precise
  • Maintaining higher values for older vehicles
  • Improving sustainability credentials by encouraging repair rather than replacement where economically viable

Ford OEM components will be available through Ford authorised parts distributors and service centres across Europe.
