This year marks a significant milestone for Ford Vietnam – our 30th anniversary. More than just a celebration of growth and success, the anniversary journey has been designed to engage and inspire our employees, the driving force behind everything we have achieved in the past three decades.
Starting from May, a variety of activities were rolled out to ensure employees could share their pride and joy together:
30-Year Logo Design Competition – giving employees the chance to creatively express Ford Vietnam’s heritage and vision.
Changing Facebook Profile Picture Frame with 30-Year Logo – spreading the celebration spirit across our community.
Running/Walking Challenges – promoting wellness and teamwork beyond the workplace.
Global Caring Month – Volunteer Day – reinforcing Ford’s commitment to giving back to the community.
Friendly Football Match – strengthening camaraderie and sportsmanship among colleagues.
The highlight of this journey was the 30-Year Anniversary Celebration Day on September 12, where nearly 1,300 employees gathered. The event captured unforgettable moments of pride in Ford Vietnam’s development journey, and more importantly, our confidence in a brighter future for the decades to come.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Plant Manager of Ford Vietnam, emphasized that it is employees who make success of Ford Vietnam. “In addition to investing in upgrading facilities and installing modern production lines to boost production and sales growth, what has truly made FVL successful and powerful throughout its 30-year journey is the people who have been united and long-term committed to the company. The company's leadership is committed to building a working environment where every opinion is heard”, he said.
As we close this anniversary chapter, Ford Vietnam looks forward to the next decades of growth – with our employees continuing to play the central role in shaping the company’s future. Together, we will keep moving forward with passion, innovation, and unity. Mr. Ruchik Shah, Managing Director also added that it is employee’s talent, energy and passion which helps build this company from the beginning and it is the same spirit which carried forward to make Ford Vietnam not only a great place to work but a great family.
