Ford Thailand Manufacturing (FTM) has been officially recognized as a "Moral Business Organization" for 2025 by the Association of Organizational Wellness Creators, an award supported by the Moral Center (Public Organization), a public organization dedicated to promoting ethical standards in private businesses. This prestigious honor acknowledges FTM's deep commitment to ethical practices and fostering a virtuous workplace.
FTM earned this recognition by embodying five core virtues:
1. Sufficiency: Promoting financial literacy and sustainability through initiatives like Morning markets, Financial Planning training, and Waste Elimination programs.
2. Discipline: Encouraging responsibility and adherence to rules via attendance awards, long service recognition, and safety campaigns.
3. Integrity: Upholding ethical standards through mandatory training on conflicts of interest, a strict Code of Conduct, and maintaining a Level 3 "White Factory Project" certification since 2016.
4. Volunteerism: Engaging in community support through activities like Global caring Month, scholarship programs, blood donation, and providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
5. Gratitude: Fostering a culture of appreciation through traditional ceremonies, employee support, and mental well-being initiatives.
This dedication is reflected in FTM's significant achievements, including awards for financial literacy promotion from the Bank of Thailand, 10 consecutive years of outstanding labor relations, and 12 consecutive years of excellence in workplace safety. The company also received recognition for its support of education, blood donation, and promoting the employment of people with disabilities.
