Ford Bronco Basecamp: All-scenario & all-terrain camping SUV

Built on Ford's native intelligent new energy vehicle architecture, the Ford Bronco Basecamp reflects Ford's century-long engineering expertise and efficiencies from China's leading new energy supply chain. This transforms Bronco from just a mode of transportation to an enabler of a spectacular outdoor lifestyle.

A comfortable urban oasis: The extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) version of the Ford Bronco Basecamp boasts an all-electric range of over 200 kilometers, allowing for a week of zero-emission commuting. Beyond its efficiency, it serves as a mobile private space. In the bustling city, its superior driving dynamics are complemented by an advanced driver-assistance system featuring over 30 sensors, LiDAR, and dual Orin-X chips. This supports both Highway and Urban Navigate on Autopilot (NOA), making highway drives and city commutes equally effortless. During breaks, the "Nap Mode" can be activated with one touch, automatically folding the front headrests and reclining the second-row seats to a perfect 40-degree angle, creating a chaise-lounge style flat-lying space for ultimate relaxation. An optional factory-custom front cabin curtain and a compressor-powered refrigerator with a wide temperature range of -6°C to 50°C complete the experience.

A mobile mountain kitchen for road trips: For weekend getaways, the Ford Bronco Basecamp transforms into the ultimate all-rounder for outdoor camping. The EREV model offers a combined range of over 1,200 kilometers, while the all-electric version features a class-leading 105 kWh battery, delivering a maximum range of 650 kilometers. Its powerful 6 kW external power supply can energize a campsite or even power three hot pot tables simultaneously. The modular tailgate cleverly integrates an induction cooktop, a small table, magnetic attachments, and a spice rack, turning it into a mobile "mountain kitchen" and energy hub.

Climate-controlled camping space: The Ford Bronco Basecamp makes the dream of sleeping under the stars easier and more comfortable than ever. As the world's first SUV with a factory-installed pop-up roof, it increases rear headroom by 36 centimeters at the touch of a button. This creates a spacious, loft-like interior where occupants can sit up comfortably even after the bed is set up, eliminating the cramped feeling of traditional car camping. The first and second-row seats convert into a flat, comfortable bed with a true one-touch function—no need to manually remove headrests or rearrange luggage. With B-pillar air vents and C-pillar charging ports functioning as a bedside table, plus adjustable temperature reading lights, it offers both climate comfort and charging convenience, truly allowing one to sleep under the stars and wake up with the dawn.

A guide for long-distance off-road trips: Inheriting the hardcore DNA of the Ford Bronco family, the Ford Bronco Basecamp comes standard with 4WD and front and rear mechanical differential locks, delivering on-par passability of body-on-frame off-road vehicles. Even for off-road novices, the intelligent off-road mode, powered by LiDAR, 360-degree cameras, and chassis sensors, provides real-time vehicle posture awareness and warns of potential pitch/roll angles, significantly enhancing safety. Furthermore, supported by Ford's rich off-road ecosystem, the Bronco Basecamp's exclusive Travel Guide feature offers stunning 3D satellite map navigation, intelligently recommends points of interest, scenic photo spots, and even drone filming locations, all with real-time voice prompts—it's like getting a personal tour guide with one’s  vehicle. The vehicle's cameras and sensors can also record and share beautiful moments from one’s journey, turning every exploration into a delightful surprise, like buying a car that came with its own travel photographer.
