Ryan Sieg was saving fuel and leading under caution with 11 laps to go when his engine stumbled and forced him back to seventh. He was caught up in a multi-car wreck on the ensuing restart with 10 laps to go and finished 18th.

Sam Mayer was third on a restart with six laps remaining, but he also ran out of fuel and got involved in another multi-car incident. He ended up 26th.

Layne Riggs won the first two stages and led 24 laps while Front Row Motorsports teammate Chandler Smith led 23 circuits, but both were on the wrong end of fuel strategy and finished 11th and 13th, respectively.
