See Ford Through our Advocates' Eyes: Team Members to Highlight Driving Ford+ Event

Apr 29, 2025

From May 5-22, Ford is offering an opportunity for employees to dive deep into the ways we all can impact the quality of our products and understand how customers see the Ford brand.

Driving Ford+ is an immersive drive experience at the Dearborn Development Center (DDC) that will feature the latest Ford and Lincoln vehicles and experiences and showcase how Ford is putting passion to work. Expect updates on @FordOnline throughout the month, but if you want to get a first-person perspective, look no further than some of your peers — Ford team members who, in addition to their full-time jobs, are using their voices to share what it really means to work at Ford, from the latest product experiences to company news and sustainability efforts, simple day-in-the-life moments, community involvement, career advice, and more.

Follow along, connect, and see Ford in a social media ride-along with those who know it best: the people who live it.

And don’t forget … we’re all advocates! Whether you are joining Driving Ford+ or not, get out there and tell your story using our exclusive employee hashtag, #WeAreFord!

What is your favorite Ford vehicle and why?
My favorite Ford vehicle is definitely the Mustang Mach-E! Okay, I might be a little biased since I own one, but the 0-60 time and all the amazing entertainment features never get old! I even made a fun TikTok video showcasing some of the features during my lunch break, and people loved it! It's exciting to see how much others appreciate the innovation and fun that Ford is bringing. (Watch the ride Autumn took with CEO Jim Farley that led her on her own electric vehicle journey.)

Why do you think events like Driving Ford+ are important?
Events like Driving Ford+ are important because they allow us employees to get behind the wheel and experience our amazing products from a customer’s perspective! It's a great way to get inspired and bring fresh ideas back to our work, ensuring we're always delivering the best for our customers.
