From November 17-22, Ford hosted the global launch of the Ranger Super Duty in regional Victoria, gathering journalists and key opinion leaders from Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand.
The team’s objective was to demonstrate Ranger Super Duty's customer-led origins, whitespace opportunity and unmatched capability, as well as highlighting the benefits to customers of having a product development team that is close to the unique needs of customers in the region, across Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.
Attendees experienced immersive activities, including a purpose-built offroad park, heavy hauling, towing and 4x4 driving alongside SME presentations on Day 1, and challenging off-road drives at Big River National Park on Day 2.
These tailored experiences showcased how the Ranger Super Duty is built to tow more, carry more, and do more, transforming the capable Ranger platform into the ultimate work truck straight from the factory.
A multi-wave, month long immersion for dealers, key fleet customer and other partners is now underway, as the first customers begin to take delivery of this segment-defining vehicle.
The launch was a truly collaborative, cross-functional effort – thanks to great integration from product development, design, MP&L, FCSD, marketing and sales, communications and more..
