Ford Netherlands wins Prestigious Customer Experience Award

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - Ford Netherlands has been recognized for exceptionally good customer experience at this year’s Automotive CX Awards.

The award in the 'Total Experience' category underscores Ford’s continuous commitment to making every interaction with customers – both online and offline – personal, seamless, and memorable.

 “This award is a wonderful recognition of the hard work of our team and confirms that our approach to customer experience truly makes a difference,” says Thomas van der Meer, Sales Director at Ford Netherlands. “More than ever, customer experience is central, and we are looking at how consistency and personal attention can improve every point of contact.”

 The “Automotive CX Awards” recognise excellence in customer experience (CX) within the automotive industry. Judges assess factors such as a dealer's ability to follow up on online leads and provide a premium experience in the showroom, based on large-scale customer surveys.
