AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - Ford Netherlands has been recognized for exceptionally good customer experience at this year’s Automotive CX Awards.
The award in the 'Total Experience' category underscores Ford’s continuous commitment to making every interaction with customers – both online and offline – personal, seamless, and memorable.

The “Automotive CX Awards” recognise excellence in customer experience (CX) within the automotive industry. Judges assess factors such as a dealer's ability to follow up on online leads and provide a premium experience in the showroom, based on large-scale customer surveys.
