The Road We’ve Traveled: A 2025 Reflection from Ford Philanthropy

Dec 29, 2025

This year was a journey. Not just of miles traveled or projects completed, but of connections made and lives changed.

As we reflect on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude for the road we traveled with employee volunteers, partners, and communities around the world.

Our mission is to help people move forward and upward. But that work isn’t done through dollars alone. It’s done through people showing up.

So many people showed up to contribute their time, talent and expertise to support our nonprofit partners and community members. For instance, one of our Ford engineers who lent her expertise to make a local food bank more efficient. Or the dealership team that opened its doors for a life-saving blood drive. Or the veteran who deployed with Team Rubicon to help a community rebuild after a storm.

This year, we saw what’s possible when we combine our resources with the passion of our people and the expertise of our partners. Together, we helped people gain skills, access essential services, and recover after challenges. The impact of this collaboration can be seen in the numbers, but it’s also felt in the stories behind them.

In 2025, our journey together included:

From building affordable homes with Habitat for Humanity to providing disaster relief with Team Rubicon, from fighting hunger with Feeding America food banks to ensuring life-saving resources are available with the American Red Cross, our work is a testament to the power of partnership.

As we look back on the road we traveled together this year, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to every volunteer, employee, and partner who made this progress possible.

This year of progress belongs to you.
