Bangkok, Thailand – November 11, 2025 – Ford IMG is proud to announce the spectacular conclusion of the 2025 International Markets Group (IMG) Technician Champions Trophy, a groundbreaking event that has not only celebrated but also elevated the pinnacle of technical expertise within our IMG network. From November 10th to 12th, Bangkok played host to an unparalleled showcase of skill, precision, and dedication, reinforcing Ford's unwavering commitment to delivering world-class service to every customer.
This wasn't just a competition; it was a testament to Ford's relentless pursuit of excellence and our investment in the people who keep our vehicles running flawlessly. The IMG Champions Trophy brought together the "best of the best" – ten national champions, meticulously selected through rigorous local competitions across various markets. As Thayne Hansen, IMG Service Engineering Operations Director, eloquently stated, "We want to honor, recognize, and reward the best technicians that we have. And we want them to be inspirations to all the rest of the technicians throughout the IMG country." This event marks a historic first in Asia Pacific/International Markets, bringing these elite country champions together to vie for the ultimate IMG title. It is first time ever in IMG, we have an IMG level technician skills competition where we got technicians from across our markets participating.
