October 25, 2025, was a very special day as we celebrated the 30th Anniversary of Ford China and our 2025 Family Day.
On this crisp, clear Saturday, everyone set aside their busy schedules and escaped the city bustle to gather with family and friends at Sun Island in Zhujiajiao, Qingpu, Shanghai. We stepped into nature to celebrate this grand birthday bash together.

Of course, a birthday wouldn't be complete without a birthday cake.
During the "Go Wild" ceremony, our esteemed leaders took the stage together to cut this sweet symbol of the 30th anniversary. Sam Wu, together with a few global leaders including Bill Ford, John Lawler, Elena Ford, Andrew Frick who couldn't attend in person also sent their birthday wishes through videos.

A wealth of outdoor "wild fun" activities were prepared for all the adults and children present. Everyone could choose and enjoy themselves based on their preferences. These activities also perfectly echoed the four types of "wild" lifestyles promoted by Ford China's product line, allowing everyone to rediscover and recognize the "wild" spirit within themselves through a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

What is Your Wild Journey DNA?
As the car brand that best understands outdoor travel, Ford, based on deep user insights, has categorized the passion for exploration into four types: "Competitive Wild," "Hardcore Wild," "Exploratory Wild," and "Relaxing Wild."
Through a variety of activities corresponding to these four types for all adults and children, everyone can encounter and recognize their own "wild" nature through hands-on play and experience.
Relaxing Wild
In the "Relaxing Wild" activity zone, we offered a variety of DIY experiences: beading, car graffiti, canvas bag painting, succulent arrangement, aroma sachets... During this brief time of crafting, everyone became their own artist, freely expressing their talent for beauty.
The most popular activity with the longest queue was undoubtedly the "Human Claw Machine." Children transformed into the "claw," leaping into a pool full of toys and snacks to grab their gifts by hand. Which child wouldn't be thrilled by such pure joy?

Exploratory Wild
Here, "wild" is our curiosity about the world, expanding our knowledge and enriching our experience by exploring the unknown.
To embark on an exploration, why not start by trying a new look: experience face painting with flowers blooming on your cheeks, braid colorful hair extensions to catch the sunlight. Here, you can play a role different from your daily life and meet another vibrant version of yourself.
Shooting hoops, archery, digging in the sand, bowling, and playing in the inflatable castle... the children were engrossed in their games. The focus and happiness in their eyes were the most vivid portrayal of "Exploratory Wild."

Hardcore Wild
Here, "wild" is a way to express individuality, enjoying the fun that comes with challenges and viewing every obstacle as a medal of growth.
This hardcore experience belonged to everyone at the event. Children could use AR technology to step on a balance board and enjoy the thrill of windsurfing, while adults could experience the fun of confrontation in lawn laser tag, or try kayaking and lure fishing by the water.

Racing Wild
"Competitive Wild" brings intense inner feelings; it ignites your potential through the pursuit of the extreme.
Everyone could participate in the Spartan obstacle course, off-road go-karts, or F1 racing to experience the excitement of extreme sports in nature. You could also use cardboard to make a Ford off-road vehicle model on-site, freely designing its appearance and paint job.

This fun experience, along with the intense and exciting competitions, will become a special memory worth cherishing for a long time.
In the midst of exploring and discovering their "Wild DNA," everyone could also camp and rest on the spacious lawn, sampling specialty snacks to replenish energy for continued wild fun.

Every family day event is also a grand gathering of product lineup, giving employees and their families the chance to thoroughly experience our latest products. Everyone eagerly got into the cars, checked in, and took photos, with a continuous stream of people. Perhaps one day in the future, it can take you and your family towards the distant place in your hearts.
