His RFK Racing teammate Brad Keselowski finished fourth and Ryan Blaney was fifth. -
In all, Ford had half of the top-10 field with Michael McDowell eighth and Chase Briscoe ninth. -
The Cup Series will head to Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee Sunday. -
Cole Custer finished fifth to lead Ford at Phoenix in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. -
He took the Stage 2 win after finishing second in Stage 1 and led 61 laps. -
Custer started the weekend by winning the pole position in Saturday qualifying, his second straight pole win. -
The Xfinity Series returns March 23 at Circuit of the Americas in Texas. -

Tasca ultimately qualified second, with Chad Green qualifying fifth and Daniel Wilkerson qualifying 13th, all in Ford Mustangs. -
Tasca and Chad Green both made it to the semifinals before being outrun by JR Todd and Austin Prock, respectively. -
Donny Schatz hit a milestone 500th win March 4 at Volusia Speedway Park in Florida with the World of Outlaws series and his 12th at Volusia. -
He started the main event from fourth and continued a strong performance before ultimately taking over the lead with 12 laps remaining. -
Both nights of racing at Kennedale Speedway Park in Texas were rained out, as well as the first night of the Bike Week Jamboree. -
Luca Mars, KohR Motorsports and Ford remain at the top of the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge championship standings after four rounds of action. -
Mars earned a third-consecutive GSX class podium finish by placing third in the event-opener in Florida. -
In the event finale, Mars placed fourth. -
The next round of the IMSA VP Racing SportsCar Challenge is June 7-9 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
