Ford’s Customer Experience team is using and focus and collaboration to enhance the F-150 Lightning buying experience. Knowing that waiting for a new vehicle is a customer pain point, Ford is increasing production of Lightning at the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center this fall, especially production of the popular XLT model. Customers who order an F-150 Lightning XLT today should receive their trucks as early as September.
