Ford and the Ford Fund launched a program to promote responsible mineral sourcing and empower women working in the copper and cobalt supply chains in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2021. This is one example of how Ford is investing in programs all across the world to elevate the lives of the people in communities in which we operate.
