Jim Farley Visits a Ford Mobile Service Office on Wheels

Bringing service out of the dealership and meeting customers where they are is part of Ford’s commitment to improve the experience of its vehicle owners. To make sure Mobile Service is everything it can be, however, the company also has to commit to its technicians, providing them with the right tools to get the job done, and done well.

To understand the ways in which supporting Mobile Service technicians can impact the quality of the customer experience, CEO Jim Farley took time out to visit southern California’s Galpin Ford and meet with Mobile Service technician Alex Ashikyian for a tour of his office. Of course, when you’re in Mobile Service, your office also has to get you where you need to go, so it was also an opportunity for Farley to see how Ford Pro vehicles are getting the job done for the techs who work out of them.
