The results of the latest Rebelle Rally, which includes a fourth consecutive win in the X-CROSS class for Bronco Sport, highlights how Ford is delivering the most off-road capable vehicles, allowing our customers to live out their passions.

The seven-day women’s off-road rally requires hand-calculated navigation – no GPS or cellphones are allowed. Teams consist of a driver and a navigator who spend their nights camping along the course, and no team support crews are permitted.

Multiple Ford teams shine at the Rebelle Rally

Melissa Clark and Jessica Moore prevailed after seven days of competition spanning 2,500 kilometers (1,553 miles) from Nevada to Southern California. All three Ford Broncos entered in the 4x4 class finished in the top 10, led by a third-place finish from Laura Wanlass and Maria Guitar in a Bronco Raptor, the world’s first Ultra4 Racing-inspired SUV. The Bronco Raptor of Shelby Hall and Rori Lewis was fifth, while the Bronco WildTrak driven by Karisa Haydon and Trista Smith placed sixth. A fifth Ford Performance team piloted the new Mustang Mach-E Rally. Bailey Campbell and Kaleigh Miller finished fifth in the X-CROSS class in the rally-inspired EV after competing for the lead near the halfway mark of the event.

“We’re proud of our teams, all which used their driving and hand-calculated navigation skills to complete a very demanding off-road rally,” said Mark Rushbrook, global director, Ford Performance Motorsports.“The Rebelle Rally also demonstrates the capabilities, durability and agility of our vehicles, including serving as a test bed for the Mustang Mach-E Rally plus Bronco Raptor, Bronco Wildtrak and Bronco Sport.”

This was the fourth consecutive year Ford has participated in the rally and the first time Ford has served as an official sponsor, with a silver-level sponsorship.
