Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that give Ford employees the opportunity to embrace and foster diversity, equity and inclusion across a wide spectrum of cultural and professional development experiences. Connect with ERG members who share similar interests or join a group to interact with others who have different life experiences.
