Ford’s Cuautitlán Plant Celebrates Inclusion with Mustang Mach-E

In Cuautitlan Stamping and Assembly Plant we’re committed to create an inclusive and respectful work environment, where each of us who work here can be ourselves without the fear of being rejected and have the same development opportunities at the company.

For this reason, to commemorate May 17th, International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, at CSAP we produced a special edition of a yellow Mustang Mach-E GT.

This initiative was coordinated by the Plant Manager, Marcos Madrid, Ulises Pérez HR Manager, Silvia Andrade, Paint Manager, Daniel García, Stamping and Body Shop Manager and by the Medical Coordinator, Cristina Martínez.

Meanwhile the design of the vehicle that consists of the LGBT flag surrounding the Mach-E and the logo of the plant symbolized by the eagle warrior was proposed by Ford Globe Mexico.

Our Mach-E celebrates the culture of diversity, equity and inclusion that we live in the plant. We’re working to achieve an environmentin which people don’t try to be what other expect them to be, but themselves, increasing the synergy, team work and respect, furthermore to embrace the differences of all those who work at CSAP” said Ulises Pérez about the meaning of this Mustang.

This Mach-E symbolizes the message that the differences are the energy that moves the world and although there’s still a long way, if all of us come together as a society, we’ll achieve the change.
