Lincoln dealers across the country are taking on the challenge of partnering with a charity or school of their choice with the goal of growing brand awareness while impacting their community. The “Driven to Give” program is a unique opportunity for potential customers to invest in the world around them, while getting a taste of the Lincoln experience.
Nearly 180 dealers chose schools, hospitals and other non-profit organizations to raise money for this Spring’s “Driven to Give” dealer events. For each test drive that a dealer conducts, Lincoln will donate $20 to an organization in a dually beneficial effort for the world and the Lincoln brand.
“Dealers can raise up to $6,000 for a charity of their choice with an additional bonus drive incentive of $2,000 for adding an MKX test drive to the lineup,” said Rachel Roe, Lincoln Communications.
The spring session of the program, which began April 1st and ends July 31st, has already seen success in some of Lincoln’s key battleground regions for a share of the luxury market.
“The central region, which includes Texas, along with the east and west coasts have exceeded their enrollments for test drives,” said Roe. “In the Southeast, dealers are at 100 percent to their objective for allocated events thus far. These are key focus areas of growth for the brand.”
A few of the charities that the dealers have partnered with include: the Make-A-Wish foundation, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, YMCA’s, Girl Scout troops, United Way chapters and animal rescue foundations.
The fall session of “Driven to Give” will begin in October.
