Ford Statement:
The recent labor unrest at Rico Auto Industries and in the Haryana state in India does not involve Ford India, nor does it have any direct impact on our local Ford India operations. We have scheduled downtime at Chicago Assembly for the week of Nov. 9 - 13 as a result of a shortage of transmission components. We are monitoring the situation and continue to work with Rico to increase the supply of critical components.
