DEARBORN -- At the end of January, it was announced that eligible U.S. hourly employees will receive profit-sharing payments this year, based on Ford's financial performance in the U.S. in 2009.

The company and its outside auditors have just completed the calculations used to set the percentage factor.

The 2010 profit sharing percentage factor is 0.85363 percent.  This will determine the exact amount each eligible employee will receive in profit sharing.
