SAO PAULO - It’s pretty obvious that Ford Brazil wouldn’t be out of the most famous technology festival that began on Jan. 28, in São Paulo, Brazil! We were the first Brazilian automaker to participate and sponsor this event, which is the biggest in terms of innovation, creativity and digital culture in the whole world. About 8,000 campuseiros (hackers, developers, gamers and geeks) are staying in Anhembi Park, and more than 160,000 other people are expected to attend the event until closing, on Feb. 3.
The search for creative solutions to the real challenges of manufacturing and social mobility has always been part of Ford’s philosophy. And now, more than ever, we are directing all our efforts towards innovation. In addition to developing new cars that offers outstanding fuel economy and incorporate design and technology elements, it's extremely necessary to renovate the traditional relationship that we have with the public in something that embraces the dialogue, support and modernization.
