What does #nearlydouble mean?
Tune in Feb. 2 to find out, as millions of people watch the Big Game on the Fox network. Right before kickoff, Ford will unveil an epic 90-second TV spot starring comedian Rob Riggle and James Franco… to promote how the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid has nearly double the fuel economy of the average vehicle.*
But to promote it even better, we would love your help.
Follow the link below to one of our special “teaser” videos posted on YouTube. Check it out, as well as the other videos linked at the end of the teaser. Share your favorites with your own social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter to help promote the exciting news to all of your friends.
Here’s how: Just copy the link to your favorite video and paste it into your “Update Status” or “Compose New Tweet” area. And be sure to add the #nearlydouble hashtag when you do.
Then post. It’s that simple.
*Based on a comparison of the U.S. EPA- estimated combined fuel economy MPG rating of Fusion Hybrid (47 city/47 hwy/47 combined MPG) and the fuel economy rating of the average 2014 model year vehicle (23 MPG) as determined by EPA. Actual mileage will vary.
Thank you to everyone who participates in spreading the word about the exciting new things that are going on at Ford. Again, we are encouraging you to share any of these videos with your Facebook friends and Twitter contacts, but it’s totally voluntary. If you do share, please be honest about who you are and about the attributes of the vehicle, including its EPA-estimated fuel economy.
