“In addition to bringing you new world-class, reliable and fun-to-drive vehicles, Ford India is committed to offering you a better service experience,” Wark said, cutting a ribbon to inaugurate the showroom along with dealer principal K.S. Gehlot.

Dealers like Gehlot in the tier-two cities like Kota are investing and reinvesting in the Ford brand as part of their confidence in the carmaker’s robust growth story in India.

“I am sure every time you walk into this spacious state-of-the art dealership, one of our 12 trained service technicians will be available to attend to your service needs and do what is required within the quickest possible time,” said Wark.

They can lounge at leisure in the air-conditioned waiting hall while their car receives the renowned Ford service.

The facility is equipped with a Quick Service Bay and mobile service vans to offer customers enhanced convenience. The well-trained personnel can deliver service to up to 25 cars per day, thereby providing a quick service turn-around time.
