CHENNAI, India – Ford India has inaugurated the renovated and expanded sales and service outlet of KS Ford dealership in the city of Kota, Rajasthan, enhancing the service experience for its growing customer base.
Nigel E Wark, executive director, Marketing Sales and Services, Ford India inaugurated he renovated facility which covers an area of over 48,000 square feet spread over four floors. A traditional Indian ceremony was held, complete with ceremonial thilaks and flower garlands.
“In addition to bringing you new world-class, reliable and fun-to-drive vehicles, Ford India is committed to offering you a better service experience,” Wark said, cutting a ribbon to inaugurate the showroom along with dealer principal K.S. Gehlot.

Ford India has 230 outlets across 123 cities and towns of India and will be aggressively adding to its network to increase its footprint in India in the coming days. With over 40 percent of Ford’s sales and service network in tier two and tier three cities, the pan-India expansion will enable customers to enjoy world-class products and service from the company along with a best-in-class cost-of-ownership experience.
