LUANDA, Angola – The first Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center in Angola will officially open April 1. Operated by the Robert Hudson dealership, the quick service facility has eight service bays and a car wash.
Robert Hudson dealership Managing Director André Pinheiro de Castro says their goal is to improve customers’ service experience. “Our proposal is to offer our customers the convenience of a workshop in the city center, with all the conditions so that services can be completed with greater speed and quality.”
The Robert Hudson dealership began operations in Angola in 1926 and now has more than 250 employees at multiple locations.
“We believe customers in Luanda will be pleased with the level of service they receive from Quick Lane, and we commend the Robert Hudson dealership for its focus on ensuring customer satisfaction,” says Mark Kaufman, vice president, Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford of South Africa.
Quick Lane offers routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil and filter changes, and light repair services including brake repair and tire replacements on all vehicle makes and models – all performed by factory-trained technicians using Ford and Motorcraft parts. Quick Lanes feature extended hours, and appointments are not required.
