DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

MANAMA, Bahrain – Ford Middle East and Almoayyed Motors, the Ford and Lincoln importer-dealer in Bahrain, opened a new Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center located at Arad, bringing a new dimension of quick and reliable service to the Kingdom’s motorists owning varied brands of vehicles. Quick Lane is the fastest-growing service brand in the United States and counts more than 600 stores in North America. This multi-brand service facility in Bahrain is the third branch in the GCC, and the company plans to expand the reach of its quick service brand with another 15 this year.

Chris Noel, regional customer service director of Ford Middle East, said: “We commend Almoayyed Motors for their continued efforts and investments in providing a superior after- sales experience in Bahrain. Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center is not just a new sign for an existing service department. It’s a fundamental shift to a way of doing business that fits the needs of quick service customers.”

“Almoayyed Motors is committed to set the standards in after-sales support in Bahrain,” said Declan McCluskey, automotive group general manager of Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons. “We are proud to offer our customers the perfect combination of traditional retail repair and quick service through the use of genuine Ford and Motorcraft parts. We are confident that customers will realise the benefits and quality service standards of Quick Lane in no time.”

“Quick Lane features the parts, tools and know-how of traditional repair facility along with the extended hours, competitive prices and personal attention of an independent repair facility. Customers will have the added peace of mind as they bring their vehicles to a quick service facility that has factory-trained technicians,” Noel added.

Quick Lane offers routine vehicle maintenance such as oil and filter changes, and light repair services such as brake repairs and tire replacements. Backed by Ford Motor Company, Quick Lane also provides a Vehicle Check-Up Report which evaluates the health of a vehicle’s key maintenance and light repairs, and uses genuine Motorcraft, Ford Parts and lubricants.

Apart from Vehicle Check-Up Report, Quick Lane services also include: tires, oil change and essential maintenance, brake service, batteries, air-conditioning system, belts and hoses, wiper blades, lamps and bulbs, alternators and electrical work, alignments, suspension and steering and cooling system maintenance.

“The business model for Quick Lane works,” concluded McCluskey. “Take care of the customers and provide them with a consistent great service experience, and they will surely come back.”
