DEARBORN - 2012 has been an incredible year for Ford powertrains. We launched the new 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine in Europe this year to rave reviews and we’ll be bringing that engine – which is expected to deliver the best fuel economy of any non-hybrid car sold in the U.S. – to North America next year in the new 2014 Ford Fiesta.
