BRNO, Czech Republic - Ford Czech Republic recently participated in the Brno Motor Show 2013 with a 1000 sq.m. display area packed with new models and technologies, from voice-activated SYNC to the EcoBoost engine family.
Jan Laube, CEO of Ford Czech Republic, used the occasion to unveil the new Fiesta ST.
As the show opened, the Ford stand was swamped with visitors, including Ford dealers and their fleet customers. Ford’s VIP guests, such as important customers and journalists, were given an exclusive opportunity to drive Ford’s new models – such as the Fiesta, Kuga, B-MAX and Tourneo Custom – on a special test track.
In a separate exhibition display area, Ford focused on used cars and their maintenance. Ford technical specialists were on hand to introduce the company’s used cars service programmes and answer technical questions. The number of questions asked ran into the thousands!
Additionally, there was a dedicated used car maintenance press conference, organised in partnership with BESIP, the national authority for road safety. Ford and BESIP have recently launched a campaign against the use of substandard parts and repairs, which could impair safety.
