Ford Announces Senior Leadership Team Changes

​DEARBORN  – Ford Motor Company today is announcing a series of changes within its senior leadership team to continue delivering the company’s One Ford plan for profitable growth.

Ken Czubay, vice president, U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service, has elected to retire, after working for more than four decades in the automotive industry.  Marketing, Sales and Services Personnel Announcement

DEARBORN - Joe Hinrichs, executive vice president and president, The Americas and Jim Farley, executive vice president, Global Marketing, Sales and Service and Lincoln, are making the following personnel announcements effective Nov. 1, 2013.

 

• David Mondragon is appointed General Sales Manager, Ford and Lincoln, U.S. succeeding John Felice.  He was formerly General Marketing Manager, Ford and Lincoln.  David has held a variety of key positions in his 28 years with Ford including an assignment in Ford of Canada, as President and CEO, Marketing Programs, Regional Sales, Field Operations, Market Representation and Retail Management. In addition, he has held Field Sales positions in the Southwest Market, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Boston.  David’s breadth and depth of Marketing and Sales, experience, coupled with his enthusiasm for our products and customers, will complement the strong Sales and Service team.

• Chantel Lenard is appointed General Marketing Manager, Ford and Lincoln, U.S. succeeding Dave Mondragon.  Chantel was formerly Director of Marketing, leading Digital Marketing strategy and coordinating the cross-functional F150 launch objectives.  She has held a variety of key positions in her 21 years with Ford including an assignment in China as the Vice President of Marketing for APA, Group Marketing Manager for Small & Medium Cars/SUVs, Cincinnati Regional Operations Manager and the Manager for Global Volume Analysis.  Chantel’s diverse marketing and sales background and strong leadership skills will continue the Marketing team’s focus on connecting closely with customers through integrated global marketing, advertising, digital communications, and brand development.               

David and Chantel will report to John Felice, Vice President, U.S. Marketing, Sales and Service.
