LTP Employee Recognition Our employees do a lot to help each other and perform great work. We want to give you an opportunity to thank each other! LTP Anniversary Celebration On November 28, LTP’s local UAW and plant leadership recognized LTP employees who have achieved significant milestone anniversaries with Ford Motor Company in the fourth quarter of 2012. Together, these 43 employees celebrate almost 1,000 years with the Company. We are appreciative of their work and dedication to making Ford the great company it is today! Community Giving
March of Dimes
The money our plant raises help fund research to find treatments and prevention, and it supports programs in your community that give moms the best chance of a healthy, full-term pregnancy. LTP's fundraising goal this year was $5,000 and our total amount raised was $5,583.

MP&L Traffic Re-Route at A70 6R Dropline Updated: Nov. 1, 2012
Recently, Center Area was advised of concerns regarding the high traffic at Bay A-70. Center Area made changes to address these concerns. To reduce potential pedestrian hazards, two windows have been cut into the walls at Bay A-80 to improve pedestrian and hilo drivers’ line of sight when turning corners. In addition, A-aisle traffic by the 6R dropline has been blocked and redirected for MP&L traffic.

Update to LTP Hearing Protection Program
Effective JUNE 4, 2012
All areas under 85 dBA will NOT be required to wear hearing protection. Each of these areas will be required to add stickers to the OIS/JSA to signify “No hearing protection is required at these workstations.”
The areas that are above 85 dBA (R1, R3, R4, Powerhouse and designated operations in Depts. 301, 302 and 349) WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR HEARING PROTECTION:
•R1=Depts. 55, 364 and 394
•R3=Depts. 207, 363 and 568
•R4=Depts. 271, 272, 273, 469 Grinders, 214 and 352
