Lincoln MKZ Mitigates Pothole Damage with CCD: Where’s the Worst Pothole on Your Commute?

DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

DEARBORN - Lincoln Drive Control can help moderate pothole damage through continuously controlled damping (CCD). CCD has twelve sensors that can read up to 50 inputs every 2 milliseconds – that’s faster than the blink of an eye.

This allows the MKZ to sense that there is a dip in the road and keeps the tire, wheel and suspension from going deep into the hole and creating damage.

Lincoln Drive Control also is available on the Lincoln MKS and will be on the all-new Lincoln MKC available this summer and new Lincoln Navigator in the fall. Click here to watch video.

Tell us in the comments below where the worst pothole is on your commute?
Note: The comment function is available only inside the Ford firewall.
