TATUI, Brazil – Every day, cars and trucks travel hundreds of kilometers in tests on the tracks at Ford Brazil’s Tatuí Proving Grounds. But recently, the track saw a different breed of travelers: Ford Brazil employees.
The first-ever TPG Running, a 4.4-km walk/run along the proving ground’s high-speed test track, celebrated the proving grounds’ 34th anniversary and the facility’s Workplace Injury Prevention Week.
About 600 proving ground team members participated or cheered on their co-workers in the event that took place at the end of 2012. Trophies and certificates were handed out to the top finishers.
