DEARBORN - The Go Digital…Go Further (GDGF) recognition program, which motivates employees to increase awareness and understanding of IT tools and resources through engaging in self-paced learning experiences, is gaining momentum.

Paul Landray, director, ITO, says, “For me, GDGF is a great example of how our people are embracing Go Further and finding creative ways of adding value to Ford. The Digital Worker team came up with the idea and developed a practical, accessible approach to enable improvement in everybody’s use of digital tools. The fact that we have nearly 6,000 people enrolled, across all regions and skill-teams, demonstrates that the approach is working. I recently completed my Level 2 certification and have enjoyed the learning process and am benefitting from improved productivity. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the GDGF initiative and to everyone who has enrolled and is improving their own personal expertise.”
