Greg Biffle, driver of the No. 16 Fusion used a couple of two-tire pit stops to gain track position and was able to finish fifth, making him the highest finishing Ford.

Matt Kenseth and his crew made a series of adjustments to tighten up the No. 17 Crown Royal Fusion and help him come home sixth. David Ragan continued his surge since the arrival of crew chief Drew Blickensderfer with a 10th place finish while Carl Edwards ended up 12th.

Carl Edwards, driver of the No. 60 Fusion, was the highest finishing Ford, coming in 13th in the Dollar General 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
The race was the fourth and final event of the 2010 season with the new car, which will compete full-time next season.
