BUENOS AIRES -- Ford Brazil Customer Service Call Center (CAF) was once again honored at the 2009 AMAUTA – the most important direct and interactive marketing awards in Latin America. It is the second-consecutive time that Ford was named the "Best Latin America Customer Service" in the Automotive category.
"Ford's twice-won AMAUTA honors reflect the hard work of the Ford team to understand and address the needs as well as demands of customers. It is an important recognition," said Antonio Taranto, Ford Brazil Customer Service director.
According to Taranto, the Ford Customer Call Center is an important tool not only for consumers' information and assistance, but also to provide Ford with data to improve its services and products.
"Ford is a company fully dedicated to customer satisfaction, and this is only possible when we are able to hear what our customers have to say," notes Taranto.
In addition to this important international recognition, CAF also is a three-time winner of the "Consumidor Moderno Award for Excellence in Customer Service," sponsored by Consumidor Moderno magazine as well as a three-time champion of the "TOP Consumer Award," sponsored by Consumidor Teste magazine.
