MADRID, Spain - Ford is showcasing the stylish all-new B-MAX at renowned Spanish furniture and design event, Casa Décor 2012.
One of the greatest exhibitions of interior design in Europe, Casa Décor offers the perfect stage to display B-MAX, which was designed with stylistic themes, functional solutions and textures from the worlds of fashion, art, architecture and interior design.
Casa Décor takes place in Madrid and Barcelona. For its stand this year Ford, together with the Pepe Leal Design Studio, has created an exclusive space and restaurant to reflect the B-MAX’s key values: connectivity and accessibility.
The restaurant represents the ultimate social space and integrates concepts such as recycling and ecology, using state-of-the-art materials and styles that match the vehicle’s innovative character.
Casa Décor 2012 runs from May 17 to June 24 and Ford has organised a programme of activities to reflect the Company’s affinities with the world of music, design, architecture and the latest trends.
Attractions so far include a live unplugged set by the Spanish pop group We are Standard on May 30 and the Ingenious Workshop by B-MAX - Master Class Design on June 6, which was attended by coolhunters, the Spanish designer Pepe Leal and Lotte Kanters, designer, Materials and Colours, Ford of Europe.
On June 11, the Company staged the Ingenious Workshop by B-MAX –Instagramers Meeting. The community Instagramers is made up of Instagram’s most committed users, a network of enthusiasts with 268 country and city chapters worldwide.
On June 20, the Ingenious Workshop by B-MAX – How to Design a Pop Song will be hosted by Francisco Nixon, a figure in the Spanish indie music scene, whose live set will be illustrated live by the comic book artist Darío Adanti.
