Ford Vietnam Hosts Week For Transit Owners To Thank Loyal Customers

DATE: Will be calculated from "Release Start Date" field.

HANOI, Vietnam — Ford Vietnam is rewarding its Transit customers in appreciation for their unwavering loyalty to the Blue Oval.

The “Week for Transit Owners” took place this week at dealerships nationwide to further strengthen the relationship with Ford’s Transit customers.

During the past week, out-of-warranty Transit customers who bought their vehicles before October 2009, or whose vehicle mileage is greater than 100,000 km, received exciting and special service offers from Ford Authorized Dealers. These have included free inspection, a free vehicle cleaning of both the interior and exterior, and a 50 percent discount for engine lubricant.
In addition, Transit owners received a 20 percent discount for Transit parts maintenance, including oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and brake pads when taking their vans to Ford Dealers during the week.
Opening events were held in Hanoi at Thang Long Ford, Capital Ford and Western Ford on October 22, attracting many transportation companies and loyal Transit customers.
“Over the past four years, I have always had my Transit cars maintained at Ford dealers to ensure the quality of parts and services. I really appreciate this special event as it shows Ford really cares for its customers, especially customers who use Ford cars for business purposes,” said Hoang Anh Tuan, who currently owns three Transit vans.
Through this program, Ford Vietnam has aimed to improve customers’ behavior of using genuine parts and service, and has encouraged expired-warranty Transit customers back to Ford Authorized Dealers to maintain their vehicles with Ford standard genuine Transit parts. This ensures the vans deliver the highest performance, avoid serious damage by using low quality non-genuine parts, and enhance economic efficiency in the long term.
