MOSCOW, Russia – More than 300 Ford Sollers Moscow office employees got to know each other much better following a fun-filled team building exercise recently.
The staff, from Ford Sollers head office in Moscow, were split into teams which competed against each other in a series of sports and playground activities.
“Our motto is Working Together and this event really helped to unite our team in Moscow,” said Mike Warzecha, Ford Sollers VP HR and Internal Communications.
“The concept of the whole event was Ford Sollers pioneer camp and one of the main events of the day was football with four teams competing with each other, the teams chose the names of: Kuga, Focus, Mondeo and Explorer.
“We also had hand-craft master classes and dancing which proved very popular. The feedback from the event was extremely positive.”
Ford Sollers, the joint venture business equally-owned by Ford and Sollers, celebrates its second anniversary next month.
The business incorporates former Ford production facilities in St. Petersburg and two former Sollers manufacturing plants in Tatarstan.
