DUBAI, UAE – Visitors to the Ford stand at this year’s Dubai International Motor Show are impressed with the company’s line-up of all-new and refreshed products bearing the latest technologies and innovations.
The all-new Ford Fusion takes center stage together with the all-new EcoSport compact SUV.
This year’s lineup is the strongest ever for Ford in the region, featuring models in all segments from the Fiesta through the Taurus, the EcoSport SUV through the Expedition and F-Series pickup trucks. Visitors to the Ford stand are also getting a close-up look at the award-winning Ford Atlas Concept.
“This year, we are showing the all-star ultimate lineup from Ford,” said Larry Prein, Ford Middle East managing director. “We are truly excited to present the latest additions, especially the widely acclaimed mid-size Ford Fusion and EcoSport compact SUV, both of which promise to take the Ford brand to new customer groups and attract younger motorists.”
Ford has an expansive array of products on display at the Dubai show, which runs through Nov. 9. In the sedan segment, Ford Fusion is joined by the sporty Taurus SHO, Mustang Shelby 500, Focus ST and Fiesta. In the utility vehicle and truck segments, Ford showcases the all-new EcoSport, Edge Sport, Escape, Expedition, Explorer Sport, Ranger, F-150, F-150 SVT Raptor and the Atlas Concept truck.
Ford Stand Activities
Show visitors can expect a lot of action on the Ford stand with the F-150 SVT Raptor ultimate off-road simulator, the Ranger Truck Torque challenge, the Ford Design Studio and the Mustang the Look photo snap features in addition to dancers with iPads delivering Fusion messages. A crowd-steering opportunity, in which a mass of people stand in front of a large screen and wave their hands to virtually drive the EcoSport, is also likely to be popular.
Additionally, Ford is teaming up with crankandpiston.com and renowned automotive artist PopbangColour.com, bringing a truly entertaining feature for those who would like to see an entirely different sort of Mustang art made on site by contemporary British artist Ian Cook using remote control cars as his brush set. Mustang fans can snap away what inspires them with the Mustang and share on Instagram using #MustangInspires for a chance to win one of the unique canvases.
