COLOGNE, Germany – Ford’s Customer Service Division (FCSD) is launching a new version of its Online Accessories Catalogue specifically for smartphone and tablet users.
Easy to use and simple to navigate, it contains a comprehensive range of more than 3,000 Ford original accessories as well as products from selected high quality brands and including vehicle specific accessory packs. It also features a built-in dealer locator (available in most markets).
The Online Accessory Catalogue is part of the new 360° communication strategy of the Ford Customer Service Division in Europe. Linked to the national Ford websites it will be rolled out across all European markets from this month onwards.
