NEW DELHI, India – Ford gave customers in India the first glimpse to the all-new 2014 Fiesta, in line with its commitment to bring exciting global products to this promising and dynamic market.
Combining striking looks and upgraded technology that enables drivers to remain connected while on the road, the 2014 Fiesta is a bold update to the popular Ford nameplate.

Already warmly welcomed in markets around the world, the 2014 Ford Fiesta signals Ford’s vision to solidify its B-car segment position, with technology and performance appealing to enthusiasts. A new, bold design, class-leading safety features and all-new smart technologies like Ford SYNC with AppLink make the new Ford Fiesta an intelligent choice for drivers looking for more in a premium compact car.

The new Fiesta’s face is dominated by a trapezoidal front grille – a signature of Ford’s global family – bracketed by laser-cut headlamps. The power-dome hood design adds to the changes, giving the car a more assertive and confident appearance. The designers paid special attention to the Ford badge, which is inlaid into the surface, showing pride and craftsmanship.
At the back, the tail lamps have been given more detail to be in harmony with the expressive head lamps. The new Ford Fiesta also features a new deck lid and bumper fascia, with a chrome accent to further convey visual width and a premium look.
Inside, things are just as expressive. The mobile phone-inspired dashboard and leather steering wheel with audio controls amplify the modern interior and entice drivers to get in the car and on the move.
The new Ford Fiesta gives drivers the perfect blend of a connected world and an enjoyable driving experience with the Ford SYNC hands-free in-car connectivity system. The award-winning system enables drivers to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road while choosing their favorite music and making phone calls using voice commands.

Just two days ahead of the Auto Expo, Ford held a special global preview of its compact sedan Figo Concept on Feb. 3. The new vehicle is also taking the centre stage at the advanced and hi-tech Ford stand at the Auto Expo, which has been designed to engage visitors with lively and interactive activities demonstrating Ford’s green, safe and smart technologies. Besides the new product, Ford is also showcasing the 2014 line-up of the latest models to be available for India, including the 2014 Ford EcoSport, Endeavour, Classic and Figo.
